Harland Miller print – Love, A Decisive Blow Against If *SOLD*

Harland Miller, Love, A Decisive Blow Against If, 2012.  SOLD OUT

Harland Miller, Love, A Decisive Blow Against If, 2012.Harland Miller is an artist and writer. In 2000, his debut novel Slow Down Arthur, Stick to Thirty, the story of a kid who travelled around northern England with a David Bowie impersonator received critical acclaim. The following year he produced his first series of paintings based on the dust jackets of Penguin books. Since then, Miller has used the penguin motif to produce striking work which combine elements of pop art, abstraction, and figurative painting. The covers that Miller depicts are tattered and dog-eared and the titles, which highlight his love of language, range from the nostalgic to the hilarious from the poignant to the melancholic.
