To promote bicycle safety, the New Museum Store and Safe Streets Fund have teamed up with the renowned artist KAWS to produce a limited-edition helmet. The custom Bern Watts helmet features KAWS’s signature X’s and eyes design. Produced in a limited edition of 500, the helmets will be available for $80 as a pre-order on Saturday April 27 at 12 p.m. on the newmuseumstore.
Proceeds benefit the New Museum and the Safe Streets Fund. Online pre-orders only, delivery in mid-June. Limit one per person. Orders for more than one helmet or multiple orders from the same recipient or address will be canceled. They reserve the right to refuse orders. SOLD OUT
