Nedko Solakov's Collector's Edition "Knight's graffiti" is closely associated with his video for dOCUMENTA (13) Knights and Other Dreams. It focuses on the legendary Battle of Varna. In 1444 The Turks crushed the Crusader army and established their supremacy over Istanbul. But Solakov would not be Solakov if he could not give this grim situation a humurous twist.
