Billy Childish - Heaven's Journey - prints
New paintings by Childish trace the artist’s concerns with displacement, journeys, and origins, which he expresses in paintings of cypress everglades, an autobiographical pilgrimage to France and an intimate vision of his creative partner and wife, Julie. The paintings are displayed at his new exhibition Heaven's Journey at neugerriemschneider, Berlin (November 3 - December 8, 2018).
