Here, one of the figures – a symbol of the artist’s "strong desire to depict the goddess" – takes centre stage in a piece that gives the illusion of depth and movement as you move around it.
Sorayama is in constant pursuit of light. Specifically, “the way that metal absorbs and reflects light.” Offering immersion in his inimitable universe, this edition, complete with a custom signed sticker, sees that pursuit taken to new places.
