Matt Connors, Gate(s), 2015 SOLD OUT
EN/OF 048 brings together American painter Matt Connors with German composer Phillip Sollmann. The print "Gate(s)" is split up in 4 different colour variations of the same grid, each an edition of 25. It has then been hand-painted over, creating 100 unique artworks.
These are the four versions:
- Orange grid with green dots and blue paint
- Orange grid with blue dots and green paint
- Yellow grid with green dots and red paint
- Yellow grid with blue dots and black paint
This edition comes with a record by Phillip Sollmann ("Phasing Out" / "Happy Burnout"), who is well known as house/techno producer Efdemin. For this release he has made two new experimental pieces of music.
