Private Collection - William Kentridge & Neo Muyanga - Second-Hand Reading - 2013. SOLD

Second-Hand Reading is composed of hundreds of drawings superimposed on pages from the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary and other lexicons and encyclopaedias. Like figures on a stage, drawings of the artist, scenes from nature, geometric shapes and phrases dance to music by Neo Muyanga across a backdrop of definitions and classifications. These rational sequences of words are counterpoised with the intuitive and the imaginary.

We accept payment in EUR via bank transfer / Wise / Stripe (credit cards, but we charge an additional 3.5% to cover the payment costs)

All orders will be dispatched via Fedex or UPS, after full payment has been received, within 5 business days. Service: tracking / signed for / insured. We will inform you about the tracking number via email. All works will be shipped from The Netherlands. Non-EU buyers are responsible for fulfilling any applicable local import taxes / customs upon delivery.
