These solid sterling silver pendants are the result of Josh Smith’s creatively fulfilling friendship with jeweller and gallerist Will Shott. Shott’s gallery, WWW, will soon exhibit their extensive collaboration of sculptures—and since both also have a close relationship with Platform, the pair worked with us to transform four of them into sculptures that are wearable.
As these pendants are an extension of Smith’s fine art practice, Shott ensured to convey the attention the artist typically brings to surface by minimally polishing the precious metal. While all recent inspirations for Smith, these limited-edition permutations of his Wing, Twig, and Ghost figures convey the sense of old relics.
All pendants come in a custom box individually signed and dated by Smith, which also contains a specially designed vegan leather pouch.
