Richard Aldrich, Hurray More Opiates and Bike Song, 2012.
New York based painter, Richard Aldrich's edition for the ICA was conceived as a 3 part artwork: an audio piece for the ICA recent exhibition Soundworks, the record sleeve for Aldrich’s band Hurray's forthcoming album and this print, one of the studies for the album artwork. The image for the print originates from a small acrylic painting of the same dimensions, and has been remade as a two plate polymer etching and hand coloured by the artist.
