In conjunction with his exhibition at the Museum Ludwig, Guyton has created an edition of so-called drawings that originally derive from a Museum Ludwig catalogue from 1976. Each of the drawings is a distinct product of mechanical chance and artistic intention. The resulting works on paper possess a unique aesthetic and at the same time an ingenious reference to the history of art and culture since Marcel Duchamp.

Order deadline: November 25, 2019 (date of receipt by the Gesellschaft für Moderne Kunst). Only one edition can be ordered per person. The editions will be distributed by lottery after the order deadline under supervision of a notary: First, spots one to thirty (or less if fewer than thirty orders are received) will be distributed by lottery among the properly submitted orders received by the deadline. Then the thirty different drawings will be assigned by lottery to spots one to thirty (or less). After the lottery, but not before December 2, 2019, you will be notified whether your order was successful or not. There will not be a possibility of recourse to legal action for the lottery.
