The limited editions created by Bochner to accompany his 2012 Whitechapel Gallery exhibition are each unique and each reversible : the work has been printed onto normally discarded printers ‘test sheets’ - the large sheets of paper used by printers for testing colours and screens. For Bochner these working printers’ sheets have always held an intrinsic beauty , inspiring their eventual use as a ground for this limited edition artwork.
Medium: Random screen-printed background colours, with enamel black 'blah blah blah' on front and enamel white 'blah blah blah' on back. Please note, the print featured in this post is one print in the series as each work is unique.
