The June 2019 Magnum Square Print Sale, Obsessions, sees Magnum photographers and estates delve into their archives to select a single image that reflects the issues, working practices and visual signatures that have consumed the collective’s members throughout their careers.
From deep-seated beliefs that have driven career-long documentary explorations of political and social issues, to aesthetic fascinations that pushed practices into new, experimental territory, Obsessions explores the dedication to visual expression and exploration that has driven Magnum and its photographers for more than 70 years.
For five days only, 85 signed or estate-stamped, archival-quality 6x6” prints from Magnum’s legendary photographers will be available for only $100 per print!
The price for the complete set, which includes 85 prints in a custom portfolio box, comes at a $2550 discount (compared to $8,500, the price of the full set of prints purchased individually).
All Magnum Square Prints are signed or estate-stamped on an archival label (to ensure quality and preservation) that is affixed to the back of the print, and includes each image’s accompanying text.
The editions are not limited by quantity, but limited by time.
